If you have booked direct with us through our website then you can check in from 2.00pm although this is subject to availability so please email us well in advance.
We leave a plan of our premises on the door of the farmhouse showing you how to reach your accommodation. This service is not available for The Farmhouse Room or The Garden Lodge who should arrive by 10pm and 7pm respectively. If you arrive very late please be aware of other guests who maybe sleeping.
It is a walk of one mile into town firstly through a grassed field then onto a footpath. The gap between one field and the next field can be muddly. There are diagrams on the fridge in each accommodation. Taxis are usually available by the station if needed.
The George at Woolley is dog friendly and is a half mile walk firstly across a grassed field along a public footpath. There are diagrams in the box under the 'To The Dog Walking Fields' A torch and wellies maybe required.
There are so many good restaurants and bars it is difficult to recommend one as it depends on what you would like, how much you would like to spend etc.

For two persons a taxi into or from BOA would be £6 each way before 10.30pm.
For two persons a taxi into or from Bath would be bout £20 each way before 10.30pm.

We have a lockable stone barn in which bikes can be stored.
We have a 7 pin socket one known as a Type 2 Mennekes socket and a 13 amp one for basic charging especially good for overnight charging. At the moment we charge just £15 per night (September 2023).
We are no longer offering breakfast.
Each self contained room has a Breville microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge, crockery, cutlery, glasses, paper napkins, condiments, table and chairs. Hopefully you can sit outside on the patio or at the picnic tables for breakfast and other meals.
There are various places in town and nearby that offer breakfast:
Linen, duvets, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
We are not a working farm. The insurances to allow guests in such an environment are prohibitive.
This is always changing but currently there are two English Setters, a large mostly black cat, several hens, sets of bantams and some guinea fowl.
