Ensuite Rooms

Beeches Farmhouse is near Bradford on Avon and offers five ensuite double, twin and family rooms. Four are in a detached block of converted farm buildings, each having their own front patio area and door key, giving you the privacy and independence to come and go as you please.

All rooms have full en-suite facilities with the two double/twin rooms having walk-in showers. All are decorated to a very high standard with exposed beams, most with stripped wooden floors and country pine furnishings.

All double beds are a minimum of 5 foot with the majority being 6 foot. Rooms have smart TV with Freeview, radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities with a small bottle of fresh milk in the fridge.

There is a small fridge available in each room to chill your wine and beer whilst you are out during the day so that you can return and relax enjoying the ambiance of your own lit patio late into the evening. Wine glasses and a corkscrew are provided.

Each room has a microwave, toaster and a kettle. Crockery, cutlery is provided along with a table and chairs. Hopefully, you can sit on the patio or on the picnic tables opposite.

You are welcome to arrive anytime after 4pm. Simply park and walk up to the farmhouse. There will be a plan of the premises showing how to get to your room.

Guests staying in The Farmhouse Room should arrive by 9pm

A non-returnable deposit of 30% per stay is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is usually taken a day or two before the date of arrival.
