'The Milking Shed'

The Beeches Farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodation in Bradford on Avon near Bath, has double / twin and family rooms all in our luxurious barn conversions, each having their own front door key and own patio area, giving you the independence to come and go as you please. All rooms have full en-suite facilities including bath and shower and are decorated to a very high standard with exposed beams, stripped wooden floors and country pine furnishings. All double beds are a minimum of 5 foot with the majority being 6 foot. Also rooms have colour TV, radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, fresh fruit and flowers. There is a fridge available to chill your wine/beer whilst you are out during the day, so that you can return and relax enjoying the ambience of your own lit patio late into the evening (wine glasses and corkscrew are all provided).

A Full English or Continental Breakfast is freshly prepared in the farmhouse kitchen guaranteed to satisfy every palate using fresh local produce as detailed in the "Real Bath Breakfast Award".

Breakfast is served in our Victorian style conservatory overlooking a running stream and landscaped garden and onto our "very free range" ducks" and hens where you can collect your eggs for breakfast. Not to forget those little extras that you would expect - individual table settings, white linen table cloths and fresh flowers. A relaxing start to your day!

Guests are encouraged to sit and relax in large guest lounge or on cold days curl up in front of a roaring log fire.

We are located one mile from Bradford on Avon railway station.

Horse Riding - Riding and trekking centres nearby. Cycling - Cycle ways, canal towpath and planned cycle routes nearby. Bike hire near by. Boating - Kennet and Avon Canal runs through Bradford on Avon with the magnificent flight of 29 locks near Devizes. Nearby boat hire on river. Walking - for the keen walker the first footpath runs from the border of our paddock. Golf - Cumberwell Park 18 hole golf course, spread across 240 acres with 5 lakes, within 2 miles. Hot Air Balloon Flights - Launch over the world famous Bath Royal Crescent, enjoy an hour's flight and returned to launch site.
